RJN Selection was established in 2007 with the aim of providing a unique and professional recruitment service to candidates and clients. We understand individual needs will differ and know that a 'one size fits all' approach to recruitment does not work. Therefore, we listen to and understand candidates and clients to provide a professional service to match the right candidates with the right employers.


Based in Stafford, RJN Selection specialise in the search and selection of candidates for permanent vacancies in engineering and technical sectors. We work with candidates ranging from recent graduates to senior management and directors with clients from SME's to multi nationals.


As a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), a member of the REC's engineering sector group and with REC qualified recruitment consultants, RJN Selection adheres to their codes of conduct as well as our own high standards of service to clients and candidates.
