The use of CVs and any other candidate information provided by us will constitute a legally binding contract based on the terms outlined below. However, if there is an existing agreement signed by both parties, that agreement will take precedence over these terms.

If you do not wish to proceed, please refrain from using the CVs, and destroy all candidate information we have provided and inform us immediately. You are under no obligation to interview or offer any employment or engagement to any candidate we introduce.
