We have a new opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an automated manufacturing plant in Telford. This would suit an experienced engineer able to take a lead role in a maintenance team working on a continental shift pattern.

​

Duties will include:

​

• Reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance on automated equipment including filling and moulding machines

• Lead installation and modification projects

• Use of CMMS

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities

 

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

 

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering

• HNC or equivalent and 18th edition

• Previous maintenance experience in a high volume automated manufacturing environment

• Experience of  fault finding and repair on PLC’s, electrical, robotic, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.

 

Basic salary £38,525 - £42,378 depending on experience plus shift allowance of £7,149
